Seven Eves2025 Seven Eves Rosé

We set out to make the most refreshing yet juicy rosé from this vineyard in Macclesfield and this is what we created. Pinot Gris adds crunchy citrus and stone fruit notes while Pinot Noir brings red berries and brightness. The result is fresh and texture with just enough cream in us and burst of flavour that’s hard to put down .
