Seven Eves2025 Light Red

This vineyard is pretty special. It brings together two varieties that are notoriously tricky to grow: Pinot Noir & Mencia. Often called the Pinot of Galicia in Spain, this variety is delicate, perfumed and earthy, with a beautiful spicy edge. Blended in equal parts with Pinot Noir, plus a tiny splash of Pinot Gris, it becomes a light red that drifts between red fruit and spice, lifted perfume and savoury depth, a wine that feels both familiar and unexpected.
