    WINEMAKING: Mencia, direct pressed, The juice  is fermented wild on full solids. The resulting wine is pretty in pink, strawberried, juicy rose. Meanwhile we froze some Mencia juice to add back later when things were still active but calm enough to bottle. Fresa Fresca, "Strawberry Fresh", it is a pinotesque cherried, strawberried and fruity sparkling rose. Drink cold. No SO2, Vegan Friendly.
