WINEMAKING: 80% was whole bunch pressed to stainless steel, fermented and aged sur lie to retain the fresh and vibrant varietal fruit. 20% was destemmed and taken to 3 barriques to ferment on skins for 109 days to create texture and complexity. The components were blended together and bottled unfined.
